How can I order on toolscut.com? 
It’s a simple process! If it’s your first time at ToolsCut, register an account with a quick signup. Once you’re logged in, just follow these steps:
Select the items you want to shop
Enter your shipping address
Enter your payment information

Once you complete the payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email/message. 

What modes of payment do you accept? 
We accept most modes of payment including:
Cash on Delivery
Net Banking
Debit and Credit cards 
NEFT/RTGS
Cheque/DD

How long does it take to deliver an order? 
The standard delivery time is 2-4 days. It varies with the destination, weight, and volume of shipment. During periods of extremely high demand, the delivery time may vary due to availability of goods. However, we ensure that we have a fully stocked inventory at all time to face such concerns. 

How do I check the status of my order? 
You can track your orders online by logging into your account on our website. Just visit ‘My Orders’ and then click on ‘Track Order’.  

I missed the delivery of my order today so what can I do now?
We got your back! We will call you and confirm your availability and reschedule the delivery for you.

Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and message. 

How do I return a product or make a claim? 
A product can be returned if the conditions satisfy one of the following:
The product is damaged/defective
The wrong product is delivered
A branded product received with seal opened 
Varies significantly in comparison to the description on the website 

You can initiate returns by contacting the customer care team within 7 days of receiving the product, through call/email. The customer must ensure that 
The product has not been used even once. 
The packaging is intact 
The invoice, and all tags, labels, literature and accessories are included 

We will initiate a reverse pickup within 7 days of the request to collect the product. In the case of a refund, the money will be refunded to the customer. 

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they’re dispatched. Once cancelled, the complete amount will be refunded.

My payment process was interrupted. What should I do?
No need to worry! You can contact us to check if you’ve paid for the order. If you did successfully pay, the order will be placed for you by our team.

Can I use Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment option for every product I buy on toolscut?
COD is not available in all Pin Codes. Please enter your Pin Code on the product page to see if your Pin Code is covered. COD orders are also not available for high value orders currently.
We might also inform you when an order is not serviceable by COD and ask to convert it to a prepaid order.

Why do I see “COD Charges”?
Toolscut.com charges a minimal fee for orders placed by using COD payment mode. COD charges will be added to your total order amount.

How will my money be refunded if I paid by Cash On Delivery (COD)? 
If the mode of payment was Cash On Delivery, we will transfer the money to your bank account.
